How to Play
After you shuffle the deck, the dealer must deal five cards to each player, or seven cards if only two players exist. The dealer places the remaining cards in the center and flips the top card for all players to see.
There are three BUBACAT game levels to enjoy.
Level 1 – Enter the City of Cats
Level 1 is the basic introductory Level game for BUBACAT. Level 1 is good for younger players ages 5-12 years of age.

Goal – Players win game points when they match their card color to the color in the discard pile and empty their hand of all cards (20 points per round). Players need a total of 100 points to win the game.
Level 2 – Find Hidden Treasure
(Remove the Villain Cards before playing)
How To Play – Players journey to recover hidden treasures of gold, jewelry, and paintings on stone walls.
Goals – Players win game points when they match their card color to the color in the discard pile and empty their hand of all cards (20 points per round). Players begin by matching their card color to the discard pile and following the instructions in the Action Box at the bottom of each card. They win additional points when they recover the Treasure Cards from the ancient ruins (15 points per Treasure Card). Players need a total of 100 points to win the game. If a player’s last card to discard is a Treasure Card, then the player earns both the round (20 points) and the Treasure Card value (15 points).
Level 3 – Battle in Bubastis
How To Play – Players must rescue and protect their feline friends from attacks by feline villains at the Festival of Bubastis.
Goal – The objective is to eliminate the Villain Cats from the Festival. Drawing a Villain card creates confusion, chaos, and crowd control problems. Drawing two identical Villain cards creates Combo traps that the player must survive. Villain Cards can be neutralized with Shield Cards, other game cards, or additional tactics from the cat heroes. Players begin by matching their card color to the discard pile and following the instructions in the Action Box at the bottom of each card. The player with the most points after a set number of rounds or highest score wins the game and joins the cat heroes in their victory.
